Beautiful View (one of the best we've had in 5 trips out to Peñasco)! Very nice spacious condos! The pools are clean and kids won't be bored because they get to use both pools from sister resorts (Encanto Living & Luna Blanca). Another plus is for those that love collecting shells. The shoreline is in abundance of so many different shells!

Kivoya at Puerto Penasco has got to be my favorite vacation spot! The beautiful location, the 'almost' private beach walking distance from the room, the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the entire building and rooms, etc. These things very rarely line up in any vacation spot, let alone for the incredible value that Kivoya provides! Typical locations that would offer this would easily run you in the 1000's for one weekend. Couldn't recommend Kivoya enough! 10/10!

Kivoya is the best to do business with, we were in, " Encanto Living" the condominium was very clean, they provided with all the kitchen appliances, had washer and dryer, very nice furnishings. I believe, the views were, "astonishing", this is an ocean front building. Walking in the beach in a soft sand loaded with beautiful shells was an amazing experience. Will go back. Thank you Kivoya.
